Blackpool firm in second six figure flats scheme
Create Construction based at Whitehills Business Park has won another student accommodation project, at Liberty Bridge, Cardiff.
The scheme on behalf of Liberty Living includes the refurbishment of 643 study bedrooms, which includes 14 studios, across 130 cluster flats.

Hide AdLocated on Pellet Street in the heart of Cardiff city centre, the refurbishment will also cover shared kitchens, circulation space, together with communal areas and stairs.
The project began with site set up and enabling works in November 2016 and is due for completion in September, ready for the new student intake.

Hide AdWith project values ranging from £5 to £25m, Create Construction works mainly in the student accommodation, education and hotel sectors.
Last month Create announced a £6m deal with Maven Capital Partners for a block of flats in Exeter.
It carried out a £3.8m flats refurbishment project for Liberty Living in Liverpool in August 2015.
