Hide AdMartine Connah, prosecuting, said police in Poulton were called to the Uber nightspot where doorstaff said Cummins had been causing problems on April 24 at 2.45am.
Cummins refused to leave the area and clenched his fists.
Cummins said: “I was out with friends and got really drunk. I know that’s no excuse. I have a son and should be leading by example.”
