The Blackpool couple were married in a beautiful wedding ceremony at the town’s Imperial Hotel.
Lee nearly died after he was struck on the back of his head during his own stag do in April this year.
He required emergency surgery in hospital.
But, thanks to excellent care and a positive attitude, he recovered and was able to enjoy his special day with Sara and their families.
The couple have now taken the surname Burns-Smith.
