Critchley, receiving his second nomination this season, oversaw a fine run of results for the Seasiders last month.
Blackpool won four of their five games, seeing off Wigan Athletic 5-0, before beating Northampton Town (2-0), Rochdale (1-0) and Portsmouth (0-1).

Critchley faces some stiff competition from Peterborough United boss Darren Ferguson, Burton Albion's Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink and MK Dons chief Russell Martin.
Posh were in scintillating form in February, winning six league games on the spin.
Hasselbaink, meanwhile, has performed miracles in his second spell at the Pirelli Stadium, guiding Burton to four wins from their five games last month to help guide them away from the relegation zone.
