Frustration after damage causes partial closure of Blackpool's tram network
The line between Bispham and Little Bispham was closed at around 6:20am this morning (Saturday, April 21) due to overhead wires on the tracks, with replacement bus services in place running from Starr Gate to Fleetwood.
Blackpool Transport later tweeted that trams were running every 10 minutes between Starr Gate and Bispham only because of the downed wires.
